About Me
25 years in Australian financial services — credit, sales, branch leadership, and national broker distribution. The Executive Operating System™ is the product of all of it.
Where I Started
I began my career in credit — the part of the industry where defensibility isn’t optional and ambiguity creates risk. For more than a decade, I worked inside credit and risk functions at CBA and ANZ, assessing deals, analysing evidence, and understanding exactly what happens when operating systems break down.
What I Learned
Credit taught me structure, governance, and the importance of evidence. But it also showed me something else: most organisational problems weren’t caused by strategy — they were caused by inconsistent leadership rhythm, unclear priorities, and weak operating systems.
Where I Went Next
I moved into sales leadership, branch management, and eventually national broker distribution. This is where I learned rhythm, coaching, capability uplift, and commercial performance. I led teams, built pipelines, coached leaders, and fixed operating systems from the inside.
What I Built
Across credit, sales, and broker distribution, I kept seeing the same patterns — and the same gaps. Over time, I built a leadership operating system that addressed them: the Executive Operating System™.
It’s a five‑layer model — Clarity, Structure, Rhythm, Momentum, and Performance — designed to make leadership behaviour consistent and commercial outcomes predictable.
What I Do Now
Today, I help leaders and organisations build operating systems that actually work. Not theory. Not frameworks that sit in drawers. Real systems that create clarity, rhythm, and measurable commercial uplift.
The same system behind the outcomes on the case studies page.
My Leadership Philosophy
- Clarity before speed: If priorities aren’t clear, execution doesn’t matter.
- Rhythm before intensity: Consistency beats bursts of effort.
- Evidence before opinion: Good decisions are defensible decisions.
- Behaviour before outcomes: Commercial results follow leadership habits.
- Consistency before scale: You can’t scale what isn’t stable.
